Foundry III was San Francisco's first new ground-up office building following the 2008 financial crisis. Designed by STUDIOS Architecture, Foundry III was the final site of a four-building "tech" inspired urban campus. Construction completed in December 2013 and welcomed world class tenants including Neustar, Nasdaq, Silicon Valley Bank and IBM, who were attracted by the abundant natural light from floor-to-ceiling glass windows, large efficient floor plates, roof deck and distinctive lobby space.
