Purchased in 2012, Tishman Speyer and partner Prudential Real Estate Investors embarked on a dramatic reposition including opening and expanding a new grand lobby to California Street, converting excess below grade storage to a new parking area, and bringing new amenities to re-energize 650 California Street for the next generation of discerning office tenants. 650 California Street was sold in 2014 to Columbia Property Trust.
